An accomplished business leader with a 21-year track record in all aspects of marketing, Lorraine Maurice has driven business-to-business and consumer marketing programs for small to mid-sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Lorraine’s specialized customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and channel management expertise has made a positive impact to corporate bottom lines. Her in-depth brand and product marketing experience and talent to conceive and launch multi-tiered channel marketing programs has won and retained customers, responded to competitive threats and, ultimately, attained higher revenues for the following companies:
- BellSouth, provider of residential and business telecommunications services, including phone, paging, voice mail, DSL, dialup Internet, data, and web hosting.
- Inacomp Computer Centers, a national computer reseller and distributor
- Hayes Corporation, maker of the first modem
Prior to joining Jack, Jane as a Principal, Lorraine conceived and implemented business development opportunities for BellSouth. While there, she developed new sales channels that exceeded sales goals by 25 percent in the first year, producing $1 million in revenues. Additionally, Lorraine developed alternative marketing channels for e-commerce services, championed an innovative front-end order provisioning which was adopted company-wide, and spearheaded a major retail initiative for the small business division. She also instituted a new customer relationship management campaign for the large business division, achieving record response in refreshing the database management system and exceeding 18% response on an annual direct mail campaign.
Lorraine earned a business administration degree with a major in marketing from the University of Central Florida. She is also an active member in the Atlanta Lawn and Tennis Association. |
